Military Pensions, Disability Pensions, Canada Pension and Old Age Security Benefits are all eroding at an ever increasing pace.
Corporate Pensions are not to be trusted anymore to deliver the great dream for Retirees. It is almost like a "Turkey Shoot" as to whether or not Pensioners will survive the next ten years without having to downsize their standards of living.

IT WAS ALL FOR A GREAT CAUSE... and I planned my strategy carefully over a few very cold cervezas at the local cantina. Really, it all just boils down to motivation in the end. Apparently looking so intently serious as to alarm the cocktail waitress, one of the bohemian band dudes, moonlighting as security guard, padded his way over and leaned against my table. ISLA MUJERES WAS THE PERFECT VENUE... for the annual K9 charity run which raises money to treat and shelter stray animals on the island. "Isla Paraiso" is how I occasionally refer to Isla Mujeres. An island in paradise with its robins egg blue skies and Caribbeany puff ball clouds. There could be no better place to run a race. Even if you lose (or are dead last), you get to look at some of the worlds most beautiful water (not to mention colorful everything else) while engaged in your athletic fantasies....
